This series of videos on astrology, alchemy, and astral magic was put together from a collection of excerpts drawn from Francis Barrett’s magnum opus, ‘The Magus’ (London, 1801). Full text available here. Much of the material presented here was drawn from much earlier works of occult philosophy such as Heinrich Cornelius Agrippa’s Three Books of Occult Philosophy and the Picatrix, and so I’ve tried to illustrate the concepts presented herein using a blend of art spanning from the Middle Ages to the 19th century.
